A Message from the President/CEO
How many of you did a double take when you saw my picture
on this page? After many years of dedicated service to BMI
Federal Credit Union, Sharon Custer has moved on to start
her next adventures in life. I am thrilled and honored to be
President and now the new CEO, but I cannot move forward
without first thanking Sharon for her unwavering leadership
and commitment to everyone who worked with her at BMI
FCU—as well as all of our members.
Sharon now has time to travel with her husband, play golf,
and most likely—watch the Summer Olympics! When I sit
down to watch the 2012 Olympic Games, it’s going to remind
me a lot of BMI FCU. Those five colorful Olympic rings
symbolize all the nations coming together—and it reminds me
of the way the employees of BMI FCU work together every
day to provide exceptional financial services.
Like a highly trained athlete, BMI FCU is always competitive,
but the difference is that we want you, our members, to win.
That’s why we work to help you find the mortgage that will
help you accomplish your goals—whether fixed or variable,
10 year or 30 year. And if it’s time to buy a new car or
refinance your existing loan, we can help you with that,
too—and we’ll also make sure you are poised for victory by
getting you the best rate. Our only concern is making sure our
members finish on top.
So, like the Olympic torch passing from Sharon’s hands
to mine, one thing remains constant—a shining light that
symbolizes hope, opportunity, and a bright future for the
members of BMI FCU. I’m so excited for all the things to
come—and look forward to sharing them with you in the
months and years ahead.
