Select the file you wish to upload and press "Open"
Click the "upload" button
From Max OS X:
Click the "Choose File" button
Select the file you wish to upload and press "Choose"
Click the "upload" button
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using Safari 3.+, there will be no progress bar while uploading. A message will indicate the file has been recieved when upload is complete.
